The SEND Code of Practice is statutory guidance for England for organisations working with children and young people (0-25) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). It ensures children and young people have access to a fair education regardless of their learning ability.
Guidance on the special educational needs and disability (SEND) system for children and young people aged 0 to 25, from 1 September 2014.
